ShooterGame Version 14

A new update for the game project thingy that I'm working on.

Changes:
-Added a cooldown to bullets
-You now get an extra life for every 100 score
-Added a settings screen where you can change the display size and game difficulty
-You can no longer reset your score while in the game
-The game now tracks your highscore and saves it to a file
-The game loads your highscore and your settings from the savefile when you start it
-The game keeps track of your longest combo
